Vibrance Aesthetics & Med Spa (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy.
By purchasing, accepting, or using this gift card, you agree to the following terms:
Redemption – This gift card may be redeemed only for goods and/or services provided by Vibrance Aesthetics & Medical Spa, PLLC.
No Cash Value – Except where required by law, this gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Non-Refundable – Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Expiration – This gift card does not expire unless permitted by applicable law. Any promotional or bonus value associated with the card may have separate expiration terms.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards – Treat this gift card like cash. Vibrance Aesthetics & Medical Spa, PLLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Balance Inquiries – Remaining balances may be obtained by contacting Vibrance Aesthetics & Medical Spa, PLLC.
Restrictions – Gift cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used to purchase additional gift cards unless permitted by law.
Fraud Prevention – Vibrance Aesthetics & Medical Spa, PLLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders if fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.
Compliance with Law – These terms are governed by the laws of the state of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to Terms – Vibrance Aesthetics & Medical Spa, PLLC reserves the right to modify these terms as permitted by law. The most current version will be available upon request.
